It’s been four years since St. John’s has been ranked in the AP poll and they’ll have to wait a little longer. The Red Storm went unranked in the Associated Press’s 2023-24 preseason men’s basketball poll, which was released on Monday afternoon. As a consolation, they did accrue 47 votes, which is good enough to tie them with UCLA for the 28th most in the poll. Ahead of those two teams were Wisconsin (53) and Colorado (49).
POLL ALERT: Kansas is No. 1 in the AP Top 25 preseason men's basketball poll, followed by Duke and Purdue.
