Down in South Carolina, parents of a former Clemson basketball player, O’Neal McBride, are alleging that Tigers coach Brad Brownell was verbally abusive to their son when he played for Clemson.
He has since left the program.
We wouldn’t presume to question the kid’s parents; we’re sure they are reacting as parents would and have his best interests at heart.
However, there is a certain class of Clemson fans who want Brownell gone and this site is clearly part of that.
Could Clemson become a different sort of program? It’s always been one of the weaker ACC basketball programs with a real focus on football instead.
